What's Included in ESCO's Bottomless Brunch in Fleet?
ESCO's bottomless brunch in Fleet, Hampshire costs £39.99 per person and includes a three-course Japanese meal plus unlimited happy hour cocktails, served every Friday and Saturday between 1pm and 5pm with a two-hour sitting per table. It's built around our regular kitchen — fresh, hand-crafted sushi, ramen and donburi — rather than a stripped-back brunch menu, and cocktails are mixed at the bar by our mixologists throughout your sitting.
How the brunch works
Bookings run Friday and Saturday afternoons, 1pm to 5pm, and each table has a two-hour limit from being seated. Within that window, cocktails from the happy hour list are unlimited — ordered from your table and made fresh at the bar, not pre-batched. The three courses come from the same kitchen that serves our evening menu, with our sushi chefs working in full view at the open kitchen counter.
Because the format is time-boxed, it works well for birthdays, catch-ups and pre-night-out groups — you know exactly what the afternoon costs before you sit down.
Why sushi brunch, not eggs and prosecco
Most bottomless brunches in Hampshire follow the same template: brunch plates and a fizz top-up. ESCO's version is closer to a full restaurant experience. Sushi is what we're known for — each roll hand-crafted to order — alongside hot dishes like ramen and donburi for anyone in the group who prefers something warming. It's a genuinely different afternoon out compared with the standard brunch circuit in Fleet, Farnborough and Basingstoke.
Not free on a Friday? Other ways in
If weekends don't work, Thursday is Ladies Night: buy one, get one free on all cocktails for the ladies, 6pm–10pm every week. And our full menu runs every evening we're open — Wednesday through Monday from 4:30pm, with late Friday and Saturday openings until 2am, which makes ESCO one of the few places in Fleet where dinner can roll into late drinks without moving venue.
